Yup, they were standing being 35,000 civilians.
Especially those pesky little children civilians that make for great cover with their tiny little bodies.

Yup, they are protesting in college campuses all across the nation, standing in solidarity against the genocidal oppressors.

Israel has nuclear weapons, and the means to deliver them. They also have the most powerful military in the middle east. They've defeated multiple other significant neighboring countries (Egypr, Syria, etc.) simultaneously. They've stronger than you think.

That 35,000 includes the Hamas terrorists killed.

The Palestinian children killed were killed because Hamas was using them as human shields. As such the responsibility for their deaths sits with Hamas. The Israli children killed were killed directly and intentionally, face to face by Hamas terrorists.

You mean standing in solidarity with cold blooded terrorists, and acting as stupid lackeys for the Iranian mullahs.

With all due respect- if students stopped paying tuition (as they have threatened) then Columbia or any other university or college for that matter would be nothing. Neither would its donors. Why would donors pay for a university with no students? Who are the donors going to sponsor? Illegal migrants?

Have you seen the endowments at the big Ivy League universities? They could easily function without students at all. Columbia University's endowment is over $13 billion. They also get government and private grants to do research.

Also, I bet the protesters are a small minority of students. If they expelled all the protesters, the universities have no trouble replacing them.

My prediction is that, by 2026, it will be common knowledge that the "protests" are actually calls for a global revolution overthrowing not just Israel but also the USA; capitalism; the police; jails; the concept of private property; the sex binary; merit-based advancement etc. This will not be permitted to be discussed in mainstream circles until after the Presidential election, which now drags on into the new year. Then, it will take a year for the slow drip of information, videos etc to surface and be stomached by the public. When they say freedom for Palestine means death to America, they mean it.

Or in six months the Gaza war will be over, and no one will care any more.
