18 months from now when the lawsuits are settled, all these students will get a nice check from the NYC taxpayers for their inconvenience.

Not enough, because they can't find real work so they have to keep protesting. This is the new hippie movement when people traveled with others vietnam protestors around the country. End result is many eventually become broken and homeless because they exclude themselves from being productive workers during their most productive times of their life.

Bingo!!!

So, we retirees will be supporting THEM, as well as the 11 MILLION ILLEGAL INVADERS, while trying to scrape by on any pensions we might still have, and any SS payments that might still be in place.....

One reason those protesters have gotten away with so much is that they likely have a phalanx of radical left lawyers at their back. More than likely members of the National Lawyers Guild.

The BDS movement has been going on for decades and protests are ongoing across the country. It has been likened to the anti-apartheid protests involving South Africa, and has been endorsed by numerous people and organizations from Steve Hawking and Roger Waters to universities, academic organizations, trade unions, political parties, etc. I don't think you can dismiss this as a bunch of "dumb kids" who are bored.

They're likely looking to put pressure on the US.gov from supporting, arming and funding the Israeli genocide.

Pejorative choice of words.

The 11 million number was thrown around in the 1990's and keeps getting used today, in large part to mask how bad the reality of the situation is (and how badly we're all getting screwed).

The real tally for illegals is likely closer to the 60-75 million range. Heck, 10 million have come over just during the last 3 years alone.

Census numbers are also very likely undercounting the real population (citizens or otherwise) by about 1/5th to 1/4th, meaning the amount of people dwelling inside of US borders is likely closer to 370-390 million whereas the census only tabulates 330 million.
