I'm confused by reports that Trump and his lawyer might get in trouble for continuing to claim that he is innocent.
Since when does a convicted person have to stop claiming their innocence? I've never heard that in over 20 years of being involved in the legal system, criminal or civil.
Setting politics aside, I'd love a legal explanation on this one. Death row inmates claim innocence until the needle bites decades later. What gives?
It wasn't a jury it was the leftist biased judge verdict!
This was a jury award. You are thinking of the case against the Trump Organization which is in the damages phase now with a judge.
