Trump's not going to prison. The only criminal charges are Georgia (thanks to Fani that case is going back to square one), classified docs (would not result in a sentence of prison) and Jan 6 (Jack Smith will not make it to court before election day).

To my mind the biggest prison risk is contempt if he fails to answer depositions in asset collection proceedings.
It seems the Judge had a major conflict of interest. He worked with and mentored one of Carrol's layers at one firm, and the other lawyer clerked for him and he presided over her wedding. Insane.
