I eventually ended up going with another carrier but I was surprised to see All State try to raise my car insurance 50%. 2 cars no claims no tickets older vehicles the whole smear.

$60,000 would cover the ER and hospital for a few days but that’s about it. What happens if that person causes a brain injury or another serious injury?
The U.S. Consumer Price Index indicates national auto insurance costs are up by an average of 17% year-over-year. No surprise, to be expected in a high density state.
No where to go. I'm with All States and up over 30% over pass 6 months. The six months before that was close to 20%. Over 50% increase in a year.
If this is not criminal, I don't know what is.
Go to Edmunds or Kelly's Blue and you'll really get ill. Your car is likely worth much less now than it was a year ago. I get that it would cost more for parts and labor to fix your car but the rates some of these insurance companies want now is silly. Can't cost that much more over what it did six months ago.
You're paying for migrants insurance whether you like it or not. Just pray they haven't killed more people with their uninsured cars. If they hit your car and you're not insured. You will get a ticket for driving uninsured. The cops will simply impound the car of the illegal but no charges.
Insurance rates will keep going up as long as there are illegal cars operating by illegal drivers and the cost of cars, labor, and components going up. Why not just rent instead like some analysts predict that in the future people all become renters and no owners.
Attributing a 50% increase in auto insurance premium to illegal immigration doesn’t really compute even if every single one of them drove a car and every single one of them was a lousy driver.
