SPEED CAMERA! This one is in an HOA but.. Is it legal? And HOW does it measure speed?

There is a light housing with a red and blue light on. All the time... and it sure is on someone's door.
Not sure if that is the camera but. I've went out looking for it and I wonder if thats the one.
Maybe I'll take a picture of it soon..

I would set up a speeding camera of my own, aimed at their property if possible, and just keep reporting them for speeding. What's good for the goose...

He's in enough trouble, don't get the poor guy in any more.
So, apparently, there is a lawsuit against LV and the camera infringement is nixed.
It's probably from the red and blue light glass housing, that probably contains the camera (line of sight checks out) at 74B....
So life is back to normal.
