Hi everyone, can anyone tell me anything about The Preserve community in Little River? I am possibly looking to move there from NJ. Have been down several times checking things out. We haven't come across this community. I will be coming down for the month of April so I can get better acclimated to the area. I've looked on line and some of the houses that have been sold recently are at a reasonable sale price. I just don't know anything about it. I could ask a realtor but I don't want to get that involved just yet.
Thanks in advance.
Cindy

I don't know anything about the community but I do know that Rt 31 is supposed to be extended to the NC border and the planned path is going to take it right by the community. So, the noise level will probably increase from what it is today.

That area is kind of up in the air right now so I warn all of my clients when showing homes. There are several proposed routes for 31's extension so I tell them to be aware of that. The extension will have a huge impact no matter what route it takes.
