Any thoughts on this neighborhood? Good area? Will be low 30 year old couple with a 7 year old son.
We rode through the neighborhood and found a house we like. Neighborhood look decent from the outside looking in.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

I live here currently, although I am relocating to be closer to my job at RTP. It's a decent enough neighborhood, still relatively new to very new, quiet, safe. The pool is nice. There's easy access to I-540, Forestville Road, Buffaloe Road, and Louisburg Rd (Hwy 401).

Live there currently as well and can echo superk's sentiments. Generally well kept newer neighborhood and pretty safe as well. You'd be amazed at how many police/sheriff staff live here and park their cars in the neighborhood and I think that contributes to why we don't have some of the petty crime that some other nearby neighborhoods have. Easy access to 540 and 401, Raleigh, and Wake Forest. Neighbors generally keep to themselves and are polite for the most part; we've not had any issues.
