A couple of homes had roof"s cave-in and of course they got water...from what i'm hearing and experienced was water under homes and flooded streets...12" at back entrance & over 2' at front entrance of development....they have been cutting trees we had three that were leaning towards our home....after repeatedly asking for tree removal they cut them down...they were all hollow...we are talking 3 feet depth of trunk of tree...maybe 50 ft. Tall...very scarey....again of course we had an attitude for repeatedly requesting this...I WOULD NEVER BUY IN HERE....ITS AWFUL...3 maintenance men for over 700 homes...we are tied in with warranty for 7 years...which one would think thats great...but big picture....WHEN IS IT OUR HOME?

Yeah I wouldn't do it. So many other places you can be way closer to the beach than out in Conway. If you want Conway, plenty of other better choices in my opinion. Why would you want a house that's super hard to unload? You never know what the future holds, that bargain price now can haunt you should you need to move.

Take your time and do not buy without coming down, its not that far from NY to avoid a mistake
