http://www.minnesota-visitor.com/min...americans.htmlThis map is "funny" to a certain extent. I do, however, object to the segment titled "Drunk Indians." This map continues a stereotype and disparagement of a people group that has suffered much in Minnesota and in other states.

Thank you judlee. I also fail to see the humor in the "Drunk Indian" segment and am surprised the mod's allowed something this disrespectful to remain posted.

Well, if you don't think it's funny it should be removed right away. You are probably a very important person and people need to be more careful.

I am calling this out as PC. I also do not find humor in the "Drunk Indian" segment. However, that does not give me the right to decide that someone else cannot view it and decide otherwise. If everything that offended the thousands of people on city data were banned, we would not have a forum.

Fwiw, plenty of Irish people will hear the occasional "drunk Irish" jokes on St. Patrick's Day. A small percentage may be offended, but many will laugh. Some Irish people will even tell those jokes themselves.

We have the right to decide if it is humorous or not individually. Do not have the right to decide for others IMO. Look what is happening on college campuses. Free speech for some. Restricted or even banned speech for others.

Btw, I believe this does not violate TOS. That is for insults directed toward another city data member and for using profanity/swear words. People can make generalizations and jokes about groups of people on city data, however (Indians, Irish, liberals, conservatives, politicians, lawyers, men, women, etc).
