Israel became an independent nation in 1948, and has won territory as from aggressive neighbors in the years since.

Read a history book instead of getting your information from TikTok.

I think it is you that needs to read a history book. Israel was given the country of Palestine in 1948 (where Palestinians lived for generations) and the Palestinians were forced out of their homeland. And over the years they have forcefully taken over more land from the Palestinians making their territory smaller and smaller.
They didn't win anything. They took, essentially they stole land from the Palestinians. And over the years they confined them to smaller and smaller areas where they are essentially imprisoned. This causes anger, frustration and resentment within the Palestinians. Eventually they reach a boiling point and retaliate. I'm not sure how you would react if you were living in your family house which you owned since your great, great grand parents and then one day you were forced out and made to live on the streets. I'm sure you wouldn't be too happy about that.

Not that the Palestinians and Hamas are innocent in any of this. They are also part of the problem as they do not want peace and engage in hostile acts of aggression. Hamas is run by a bunch of crooks and cowards who brainwash and manipulate their people. Rather than educating their people and encouraging them to handle matters in a civil matter they have them resort to terrorist tactics in the false belief that they are doing this all for their religion and will go to heaven if they give their life for the cause.

You need to be completely biased to see the whole picture here. There is no innocent party here. They both have blood on their hands.

LOL what are you even talking about? The Jews occupied that land for literally thousands of years traced back to nearly 2000 BC. Way waaaay before Palestinians or even the religion and concept of Islam even existed. They were largely forced from their land by the Romans and scattered throughout Europe and Russia. You wanna do the whole "who was there first thing" you will lose that argument. And face facts the Palestinians had their chances, they were offered statehood several times by Israel and rejected every time, because they don't want statehood they want Israel wiped out. The Arab nations also tried and failed multiple times to take Israel back by force (1948, 1967, 1973) and left themselves off WORSE with less territory than before. Now im not saying Israel has been saints in all of this far from it, but let's not twist history here.

It's an undisputable fact that there never was a "country" named Palestine, ever. The term Palestinian is also relatively new, traced back to the early 20th century when the Turks owned "Palestine", yes owned, gaining popular traction in the 1920's.

No, no,. no. The UN in 1947 voted affirmatively to parcel what was left of the Mandate for Palestine, after Trans-Jordan ended up with 75% of the land, and Syria and Lebanon carved out small amounts in the north. It proposed a two-state economic union. In fact it would be the first time in their history that "Palestinians" would be self-governing with individual freedoms the rest of the Arab world could only dream of. The Arabs in what would become Israel were asked to stay and they would be granted the same rights as the Jewish settlers, this statement of Arab rights is explicitly stated in Israel's declaration of independence.

Back then the Jews were scattered all over Europe and the Middle east. It wasn't that particular area. In fact that area was mostly occupied by the Palestinians and Arabs. Still the point is that Palestinian settlers were living there and were forced to move out to make room for the new tenants. It wasn't like the area was wide open for anyone to move in. There were people occupying the land, built homes there and were living there. After the UN decided it wasn't their home anymore they were forced to pack up and leave. It is essentially the same as what happened to the American Indians. They never had a "country or state" but white settlers kicked them out of their homes and took their land.

They were not "scattered all over Europe" until they were exiled or killed by the Romans starting around AD 70. Open up a history book. They occupied Judea which is now part of Israel thousands of years ago, this makes them the "native people". The western wall of the Jewish temple in JERUSALEM is 2000 years old, which again predates islam by 600 years, and the "Palestinians" by orders more.

"The origins of Judaism date back more than 3500 years. This religion is rooted in the ancient near eastern region of Canaan (which today constitutes ISRAEL and the Palestinian territories). Judaism emerged from the beliefs and practices of the people known as “Israel”."

You want to talk "native people" and blab about evil colonizers? Well the Jews were there first.

You are still missing the point. They (the Jews) weren't the only ones living there and neither were the Arabs or the Christians. That area was occupied by all three religions but the majority of the settlers were the Arabs (Palestinians) and they were the ones who were forced out of their homes and land. I don't need a history lesson on this but explain to me what happened in 1948 and how was this fair to the Palestinians who occupied land there and were living there at that time? Was it OK for them to be removed from their homes and land? If you were a Jew in the same position as the Palestinians how would you react? If you look at this whole situation objectively you might get a better understanding as to why there is so much conflict in the area.

The best example of the (backfiring) parrot is Erdogan of Turkey who routinely rails (from Istanbul) that the conquering occupiers need to turn back all the land to the native peoples. He forgets Constantinople.
It’s called moving the goal posts, which is one does when they lose an argument.
