Again I made no statement against what the poster earns, as I said he chose well and has a good salary. I only stated that with union wages that's why manufacturing looks elsewhere. It's just a fact that labor costs are higher in NY and it hurts business investment.

I have a vacation house in Vermont and none of the local labor is unionized.

Also, all of the manufacturing jobs have moved away, overseas or elsewhere.

I don't think correlation and causation are necessarily linked in many issues surrounding our economy.
