That's great! As long as you can get on the water. And for those porchers who are wondering what small one Fisherman renovated, you'll just have to go back and read my Q to him!

I had a great motorcycle ride Saturday with the gang from "ADV Rider". We went in Bunco Road, along the lake on 278 to Johnson Saddle, then along the 332 to Spion Kop. Bagged a couple geocaches and planted one. We then hit the Spragpole in Murray for lunch before "slabbing" it home. What a great day, about 120 miles of dirt and some great views. Thought you might enjoy the pics.

Spion Kop Views...ifn I didn't have such a great respect for gravity I'd take a picture from the edge.

Toyman, I just bought a KLR.... sold the harley out here on Craigslist! anyway, I sure would like company to ride with. I went up towards Roman Nose lake near Naples and came to a sign barely hanging on a nail. One way said Roman Nose Lake the other - Dead end..... Yep, took the wrong one and got up into some wicked, nasty roads or should I say trails. Giant Boulders, trails that were nearly impossible.... any yes, I got stuck in some sand. It took me two hours to dig out..I felt like I was on the Roadrunner cartoon and the coyote "spun" the sign leading me the wrong way!!!!!!!!!

Man, I'm tired just reading about that! I fell a couple times Sat on some slick mud, but no stucks. We ride quads up by Pack River and Roman Nose, need to try the bike sometime. Up Pack River, if you go to the snowmobile parking area, about another 1/4 mile up the road there is a cool trail to the right, goes across the river (yes, it's a legal trail). Too much for me, but would be fun if'n I were a better rider, and on a small bike. The water crossing is slick with lots of big rocks. Fun on the quad, too much for me on a bike! THere is a neat trail all the way from there to Roman NOse.

Not at all impressed with the heat and HUMIDITY tonight. Please let the weatherman be right and let it be cooler tomorrow. One of the few times I miss AC....
