Probably varies quite a bit, but my experience with DSL in the Driggs/Victor area is that I wasn't impressed before work-from-home blew up this spring and I'd gather it's a bit worse now, but perhaps not given how relatively unpopulated the area is. I'm looking for land (not in Driggs/Victor - too expensive for my tastes with too harsh of winters, although the summer and fall are absolutely gorgeous) and am not even factoring in broadband availability in my list of requirements as I expect Starlink to address the issues of availability/speed/cost that currently exist with rural broadband by the time I'm ready to telecommute in 3-5 years.

I didn't see the link nm9stheham posted, but here's a link to Silverstar's Fiber deployment progress for Driggs. Spoiler: It's not good. https://www.silverstar.com/driggs-id/ Victor is even less developed, as you would probably expect. https://www.silverstar.com/victor-id-downtown-phase-1/

Broulim's has a pretty nice selection of things, but it's expensive compared to other grocery stores in more populated cities in my experience (makes sense). The Albertson's over in Jackson is one of the more impressive Albertson's I've seen. There's also the market in Victor - pretty small, but has a decent selection of stuff.

Good luck with your plans!
