The story so far is that the "hot spot" you are talking about was on the down slope of its popularity around 1992 then burned. It then became the Grail. The only hits I got on Grail was someone shot in the parking lot and later closed down from illegal male exotic dancers. I am almost certain it is the same location. I have feelers out there to people that have been here for 30 years.

OK, this is like a trivia game now. Another buddy came through with two names. The Grail was originally "The Back Door" then later became "Happy Hour". Hopefully one of those rings a bell.

Default Yes! Happy hour!

HAPPY HOUR!

Elousv, yes! That is it! You got it right!!! Wow, such a simple name.... 'happy hour' and I couldn't remember it. That surely is a sign of my old age (and probably too many nights spent at Happy Hour LOL).

Thank you so much for your help!

In the 1970's, there was a bar/dance hall frequented by personnel attending Survival School at Fairchild AFB. I can't remember the name.
