It seems to me that one should replace a roof with the cheapest material possible if insurance companies are not going to insure you if you have an older roof.

All this negative talk about Samsung is really making me nervous about the expensive order I recently made for a new Samsung induction range. It is pricey, but less than other models, and had pretty good reviews. Sometimes I think it's all a luck of the draw. GE appliances are supposed to be great; and in the past they were but my new GE stove has had issues from the beginning. Oh, well......

That would be my luck to get a metal roof and then get a CAT5 and it tears the house down. My roof is going on 20 years old so i hope i can make it to 25 and as little as it rains here i could live without a roof.

Sammys are for TV's only. Even that is pushing it as i had a new sammy TV that would come back on after you turned it off and got rid of it. Nothing last like stuff made in the 50's thru the 90's.

My Samsung slide in range is four years old and working fine. Only issue is cleaning - but that's pretty much the same for all the black glass top ranges.
