Of course the bad teachers need to be weeded out but 99.99% of teachers are not the problem. Yet all are punished because of the few. For example... Let's say the guy in front of you is speeding, he gets stopped and fined, but everyone following at speed limit also are stopped and have to pay the same fine. And....every child in their cars are also having to pay for that first cars speeding also. How is that fair?
