That's a lovely well bred dog. No breeder would hand a dog like that to first time dog owners with no strings attached. OP is getting a quality dog and a mentor all in one package.
Having been involved with Breeding contract both males & females THES contracts are Not for Pet people. Let them get a Pet thats Spay. An older male or female that has been fixed. Not the ins & outs of breeders contracts.

Some say, this dog has a somewhat "effeminate" face. Darn if I can tell. Has a hairy face, so maybe going thru men-o-paws?

Thanks all for the contractual terms lookout. Those are still be negotiated.

Still have to get the dog wash/grooming station set-up. Thinking 58" model. That way, she can wash 2 at once.

The blenheim Cavaliers all look 'sweet' to me. The tris tend to have a bit more 'attitude' in the face.

This dog was part of a pack. Now that the pack is gone, it'll be interesting to see if any behavior changes occur.

So far, he's lapped up about a a cup and a half of water. (Maybe it's the taste?) Maybe better put the dog out!

Hasn't been the front yard yet, but did run around/check out the back 40. Seemed "ok" with it.

He has room to get up to "full speed" too. He's a jumper too.

The other thing I learned...DON'T WEAR BLACK!!

Blenheim and Tricolored Cavs certainly can do a number on your clothes. The dark hairs show up on all your light clothes, and the white hairs show up on all your dark clothes. They have both bases covered!

He looks adorable. I hope he's perfect for you!
