Paul spoke to him of the Judgment to come ! Acts 24:24-25

Paul a faithful steward preached no doubt a Judgment day is coming, and perhaps warned that men will be held accountable for their sins before the Great Judge. We know Paul mentioned that day in Acts 17:30-31
30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:
31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.
The writer of Hebrews mentions it as a fundamental Doctrine Heb 6:1-2

Jesus uses a strong word here in Vs 29-30 cast as in cast into hell. Its the greek word ballō,
It means to throw with force, to cast a thing from oneself, throw it away:
These people will be discarded from His presence as trash, good for nothing but eternal burnings, whatever that may be, it wont be pleasant, that's for sure, and it will last forever !

Your satan seed theory is dangerous because it pits us against each other. No one here ever said there isn't hellfire, you just don't understand what that fire is (God Himself).
Remember when Jesus said to do good to those who do you harm? He said it would be like putting hot coals on their head. Take a clue from that. Habakkuk had no concept of being saved.
He spoke of the knowledge of God. Yes - everyone will have the knowledge of God. See Philippians 2:13
