An aside as a fellow coffee lover- do you use an AeroPress? I bought one a few weeks ago and it's mind blowing!!!
I have a friend who works at Medici right around the corner. I think I probably know at least one person in every single store on 2nd st. haha I worked there for about 3 years.

As far as the coffee goes... no, I don't use aeropress but I've been wanting to make my own coffee as i see it getting more and more expensive. medici brews the coffee much better than jo's. everyone there is too lazy to make proper lattes. but there might be some new folks who work there, so i wonder if they still make their lattes like starbucks. medici is certainly a better place for coffee, but patio sure is nice and lots of interesting people always go there. and yes, they did start using cuvee. it's good coffee!
