California has a non partisan commission that draws pretty fair maps, and some would even argue they favor Republicans.

Yeah, and pigs can fly. Side note California is also banning the sale of all gas-powered vehicles and other equipment like lawn mowers etc, including big trucks. How are they going to get their products? The power grid cannot achieve that.

They do suck, but that's literally every politician in America. The politicians in Alabama are not as bad as some of other states like California there is a mass exodus there.
