All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. ALL BULK FOODS CONTAINERS MUST BE LABELED.
All food shall be protected from contamination and the elements, and so shall all food equipment, containers, utensils, food contact surfaces and devices, and vehicles. OBSERVED ICE NOT PROTECTED FROM CONTAMINATION. BLACK SLIME SUBSTANCE INSIDE UPPER PANEL ICE SHOOT WHERE ICE IS MADE AND DISPENSED. ALL ICE DISCARDED. MACHINE TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION AND MUST NOT USE UNTIL CLEANED, SANITIZED AND C.D.P.H. CONTACTED FOR INSPECTION AND TAG REMOVAL.
Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used. All single-service drinking straws and containers shall be discarded immediately after use. KNIVES FOUND IMPROPERLY STORED BETWEEN PREP COOLERS. MUST PROVIDE PROPER HOLDER. TABLE TOP CAN OPENER FOUND WITH ENCRUSTED FOOD. MUST CLEAN AFTER EACH USE. MUST NOT STACK PRE-LINED BREAD BASKETS WITH FOOD CONTACT LINERS.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REMOVE WALL MOUNTED HAND SOAP AND PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER FROM THREE COMPARTMENT SINK.
