WIPING CLOTHS MUST BE STORED IN A CLEAN CONTAINER WITH A SANITIZING SOLUTION. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. WATER DAMAGED CEILING TILES AT ENTRANCE TO REAR PREP, 1ST FLOOR, MUST REPLACE. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. NORTHWEST CORNER OF FLOOR IN REAR 1ST FLOOR PREP DAMAGED WITH CRACKED/MISSING TILE. MUST REPAIR. Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated. 2ND FLOOR WASHROOM DOOR MUST HAVE SELF-CLOSING DEVICE.
