  • Mobile food dispensing vehicle operating from an unapproved commissary. [Observed water being sprayed/filled inside mobile unit to refill clean water tank fom makeshift hose line. Hose line inside building is black hose line clamped together, not food grade marked. Water source plumbed from PVC line under truck that runs underbadjacent lawn to neighboring building. [Neighboring building is not commissary. Commissary on file is approximately 4 lots away and has a side road dividing adjacent lot. (MFDV sitsss on lot A. Adjacent lot is house with Private signs posted. Auto/tire shop on other side of house, then side road, then commissary.)]
