THIS WOMAN CAN COOK. THE PORTIONS ARENT HUGE BUT THE QUALITY AND TASTE IS AMAZING. FOR EXAMPLE GENERAL TSO AT MOST PLACES IS SMALL CHUNKS OF WHITE OR DARK MEAT COVERED IN BREAD IN A SWEET N SPICY AVERAGE SAUCE. AT MINGS IT IS ALL WHITE CHICKEN STRIPS LIGHTLY BREADED IN AN AMAZING SAUCE. HER LO MEIN HAS SO MANY FLAVORS TO IT AND IT IS IN AN AMAZING LIGHT SAUCE INSTEAD OF THAT SALTY BROWN TOXIC GRAVY.. EVEN SOMETHING AS BASIC AS CHICKEN WINGS HAS A UNIQUE FLAVOR. IT IS BY FAR THE BEST CHINESE RESTAURANT IN THE AREA......IT IS A QUIET PLACE USUALLY JUST HER AN HER MOTHER WORKING. SHE COOKS ANF HER MOTHER DOES REGISTER AND MAKES HOMMEADE EGGROLLS DUMPLINGS IN BETWEEN. IT IS ALL VERY FRESH AND GREAT QUALITY
