I paid $5 for a water and they took my lid stating it was amway center policy which is fine and I respect that. I then asked for a cup to place my water in the employee then proceeds to pour my water for me in to the cup instead of giving me the cup. No gloves on her hands so then I asked for a lid and was told I couldn't get a lid because I had a water cup when. Now there were 2 stacks of lids sitting next to her so I asked for that lid and she states its for the soda cups so then I asked for a soda up so I could put a lid she tells me no I have to purchase I soda. I told her I already bought a $5 bottle of water I don't need to pay for the cup and I want a lid because Covid is still very real as well as other viruses like the common cold and the flu could also be spread and I would like a lid to cover my drink and she refused. This is ridiculous I understand policy but accommodate your guest I am extremely disgusted. You wont give me a lid nor do you wear gloves but yet your touching my food, and my drinks and wont give me a lid that probably only cost .50 to make to protect my self from outside germs.
