Organic farms/meats/dairy in CNY? (Syracuse, Watertown: buy, food, farm)

I know several places where I can get it, about an hour away from Syracuse...

But, my question is, if anyone knows of any places closer to Syracuse to get any organic (not supermarket foods or dairy) food directly from farms.

I really want to get raw milk, and meat from healthy animals.

Looks like a good time, but I was looking for more of a retail type farm that provides those products.
