I see some of the other NY forums do and other places I attend on the innerweb have them also.

They can be fun.

I check here over my morning coffee everyday and when I'm stuck on the computer all day.

Just to say hello to other CNYers.

"Goodmorning everyone, looks like its gonna be a great day" or snow or whatever.

Little innerweb friends if you will.

Usually this page is boring though. Not much convo this week except the thread about commuting to Oswego.

Well it wouldn't be boring if we shot some crap now and then right??

We all live within 50 miles of each other and most of us can barely be civil to each other.

We can't be friends because Upstate NYers have an attitude but we can be friendly right??

I've been hoping for a chat thread too!!

I'm taking a break to eat right now - I'm throwing a wine and tapas party tomorrow, so I'm making some of the food beforehand. I never realized how freaking difficult it is to hollow out cherry tomatoes lol

Unfortunately, I didn't realize that I didn't have one until I went looking in the drawer. Had to make do - I'm using a very small pumpkin carver (easier than a knife) and my finger. A little unconventional, but it works

I would have used a Dremel tool.

I'm as friendly and open as they come, I think... just don't tell me that the place I love is a $hithole. THINK it, by all means! Just don't repeat it... erm, repeatedly. haha

I'd love to get all the Syracuse C-D people together for a party but I'm afraid of psychos like ToeJam and Imj knowing where I live. KIDDING! You're fine- we'd just have some pretty lively debates, like we all probably want, that wouldn't have to make it through the filter. LOL - we could positively ooze sarcasm, if we wanted!

Sadly we don't get to control what others think.

So we have to just learn to live with it.

I think this area is a left over set from The Hills Have Eyes but others like it and the World keeps spinning.

Yep! But no one said we have to keep quiet about it.
