Luckily the ziploc worked out for me with no issues! Just have 2 more quick things I'm preparing tonight and everything else will be done tomorrow afternoon. I've never prepared this kind of food before so I'm excited to both cook it and eat it!
I have to work so still no sunshine for me but happy to have a job at all.
Imj7 you will be missed. This area needs more people that will call a dump a dump. The first part of fixing problems is admitting they exist. In this area we just keep doing the same things over and over expecting different results.
I'm awake too, well sort of I've got so much to do today between hitting the gym, running errands, cleaning my entire apartment, and more cooking and setting up for the party this evening! I've had mini-parties or people over for dinner before, so something of this caliber is new to me. I'm hoping 12 bottles of wine will at least last a few hours before we kick them all. Worst case scenario, we'll end up hitting Nichol's for more booze, or hang out at the Cobblestone

It doesn't look nice here atm... despite a forecast of relative warmth (60's) and full sun. lol - this IS Syracuse, after all. I cannot expect the forecast to be fulfilled, good OR bad.

Never underestimate the cheering-up powers of booze. And people marvel at why we stock a full bar at home. <hmph! lol>
