Critical: TOXIC SUBSTANCES - CONDITIONS OF USE - USED Observation: Bleach in wiping cloth buckets is not being used according to manufacturer’s use directions. Chlorine concentration is 200 ppm.
Correction: Change procedures and provide training to employees on proper use of toxic chemical following manufacturer's directions for use.
SHELLSTOCK, MAINTAINING IDENTIFICATION - DATE RECORDED ON TAG Observation: The date when the last shellstock was sold from the container is not listed on the tag.
Correction: When the last shellstock is sold from the container the date of sale shall be recorded on the tag.
IN-USE UTENSILS, BETWEEN USE STORAGE Observation: Ice cream scoops were improperly stored dipper well. Water was not running. It was turned off.
