Correction: Provide a Wisconsin Certified Food Manager and post the state certificate in the food establishment.
IN-USE UTENSILS, BETWEEN USE STORAGE (corrected on site) Observation: The ice scoop in the bar ice bin was improperly stored with the handle touching the ice.
Correction: Store in-use utensils in the food item with handle extended, on a clean surface, running dipper well or in a container of water greater than 135°F. The ice scoop was replaced with the handle up.
PLUMBING - SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR (corrected on site) Observation: The hand sink by the dishwasher is not maintained in good repair. The water is not draining properly.
Correction: The plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair. Repair or replace defective or leaking plumbing.
GARBAGE/REFUSE - COVERING RECEPTACLES (corrected on site) (repeated violation) Observation: Waste receptacles located in the back are not covered
Correction: Waste receptacles or waste receptacle units shall be covered or have tight fitting doors. An employee was sent out to cover the dumspter lids.

POSTING OF CERTIFICATE Observation: There is no State of Wisconsin food manager’s certificate posted in the food establishment.
Correction: Provide & post an original State of Wisconsin food manager's certificate. An application given to send it in with class certification to the Central Office. Send it in with $10 per person to get your certified manager's certificates.
NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN Observation: The inside panel of the icemaker has some build up and a microwave above the cook line has some food residue.
Correction: Clean and remove food residue, and other debris from all non-food contact surfaces of equipment.
PLUMBING - SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR Observation: The drain pipe below the ice bin in the bar is not maintained in good repair. It has a small leak.
Correction: The plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair. Repair or replace defective or leaking plumbing.
GARBAGE/REFUSE - COVERING RECEPTACLES (corrected on site) (repeated violation) Observation: Waste receptacles located in the outside dumpster enclosure are not covered
Correction: Waste receptacles or waste receptacle units shall be covered or have tight fitting doors. The outside dumpsters were covered during the inspection.
