Correction: Keep handwashing sink free of obstructions and in working condition at all times to allow for frequent handwashing. The sink was freed and cleared for use.
HAND DRYING PROVISION (corrected on site) Observation: No single-use toweling or other hand drying device available at handwashing sink for hand drying.
Correction: Provide single-use toweling or other approved devices at handwashing sink to facilitate proper handwashing. Paper towels were provided.

Correction: Employee handwashing sinks shall be non hand operated and if metered shall provide a flow of water without the need for reactiviation for at least 15 seconds. The automatic faucet needed batteries. The batteries were provided and the faucet is working.
