- Critical: PLUMBING - REPAIRED TO UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE
Observation: The pipe underneath the prewash sink by the dishwasher is leaking into a bucket of dirty water.
Correction: Repair the plumbing system to conform to the State Uniform Plumbing Code. Referral will be made to the Department of safety and professional services for follow up.

Observation: A cheese grater hanging on a rack is visibly soiled.
Correction: Maintain food contact surfaces in a clean condition.
- HANDWASHING CLEANSER AVAILABILITY
Observation: Soap not available at food employee handwashing sink in the bar.
Correction: Provide hand soap at handwashing sink to facilitate proper handwashing.
- PACKAGED AND UNPACKAGED FOOD - COVERED CONTAINERS OR WRAPPING
Observation: A container of croutons on the cookline were observed to be unwrapped or uncovered.
Correction: All foods that are not part of a cooling process shall be covered at all times to prevent cross-contamination. If cross-contamination is evident, discard suspected foods.
- EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS - NONFOOD CONTACT SURFACES - DESIGNED
Observation: The seam of the counter between the coffee brewer and the garbage can is not sealed properly and dirty with food debris.
Correction: Provide equipment that is designed and constructed to be easily cleanable and free from unnecessary ledges, projections and crevices.
- EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS - GOOD REPAIR
Observation: The cookline prep table is has condensation that is dripping onto the cutting board surface and rags have been placed to absorb the condensation.
Correction: Repair equipment to good condition or remove from premise.
- NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN
Observation: The exterior surfaces of the cookline prep table and knife holder need additional cleaning.
Correction: Clean and remove dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris from all non-food contact surfaces of equipment.
- TOILET FACILITIES - RECEPTACLES - COVERED
Observation: Female bathroom is not provided with a covered waste receptacle.
Correction: Provide a covered waste receptacle in female bathroom for use with sanitary napkins.
- FLOORS, WALLS AND CEILINGS - CLEANABILITY
Observation: The floor in the kitchen is chipping and cracking.
Correction: Provide floors, walls, and ceilings that are designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.
