    Observation: Air breaks exist between the sewage system and a drains from the ice bin and ice machine. The keg cooler discharges to a plastic waste basket in the basement.
    Correction: Design the sewage system in a manner that would preclude a direct connection between the sewage system and the drain from which food is placed. Provide full air gaps on the ice bin drain and ice machine drain. Plumb the drain from the keg cooler to a shared open site drain/receptor. Correct By: 24-May-2015
  • EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS CONFORM TO ANSI STANDARDS
    Observation: Summit Model FF-6 refrigerators and Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer are not ANSI certified or approved by the department. Roasters are not ANSI certified or approved by the Department for cooking.
    Correction: Unapproved equipment shall be removed from food service. Discussed equipment comparable compliance guidelines. Nesco style roasters with temperature dial may be used for reheating. Replace at least one appliance by: 21-Aug-2015
