Observation: An air break exists between the sewage system and a drain from ice bin.

Observation: Several bags of waste or recyclables on side of building are not stored in proper receptacle.
Correction: Provide receptacles or waste handling units for storing recyclables, and returnables so they are inaccessible to insects and rodents.

Observation: Beer and pizza toppings are subject to potential contamination by storage below personal food item (jar of horseradish) in the walk-in cooler. Operator has commercially manufactured horseradish from an approved source for public consumption.
Correction: Change methods or procedures to protect foods from contamination. Store personal food items in a separate area to the side and/or below food items intended for public consumption.

Observation: Bare wood 2 x 4's in walk-in cooler used for mounting the cooling unit is not nonabsorbent and has mold and/or mold staining on it.
Correction: Provide non-food contact surfaces that are constructed of a corrosion resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth materials. Refinish wood with a high moisture paint or replace with another approved material. Correct By: 26-Mar-2015
- EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS CONFORM TO ANSI STANDARDS
Observation: George Foreman grill without removable plates is not ANSI certified or approved by the department. Spaces around hinges are not easily cleanable and have accumulation of food residue.
Correction: Unapproved equipment shall be removed from food service. Correct By: 05-May-2015
