Correction: Clean and remove dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris from all food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment.

Observation: Evidence of pests noted in the downstairs storage area. There is a gap between the threshold and the bottom on the door leading from the downstairs storage area to the outside which could allow the entrance of insects or rodents.
Correction: Repair this hole or gap so that entrance by insects or rodents into the food establishment is prevented.
