    Observation: Non-food contact surfaces in the kitchen above stove area and on wall by stove are soiled with debris.
    Correction: Clean and remove dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris from all non-food contact surfaces of equipment.
  • FLOORS, WALLS AND CEILINGS - CLEANABILITY (repeated violation)
    Observation: The tile floor to the entrance to the kitchen is worn down to bare wood. Several areas in the bar area are also worn down to wood.
    Correction: Provide floors, walls, and ceilings that are designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Owner reports that the floor is getting remodeled next week by a relative.
  • LIGHT BULBS - PROTECTIVE SHIELDING (repeated violation)
    Observation: Lights located in walk in cooler are not shatter resistant.
    Correction: Provide shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter resistant light bulbs.
