Observation: No handwashing signage provided at kitchen handwashing sink. Provide paper towel dispenser also. Last sink to be used for handwashing only in kitchen.
Correction: Provide handwashing signage at all handwashing sinks used by food employees. Correct By: 06-Aug-2014
