    Observation: Mildew was noted on the deflector of the ice machine.
    Correction: Maintain food contact surfaces in a clean condition. Empty, clean, and sanitize the entire interior of the ice machine.

    Observation: No single-use toweling or other hand drying device available at the bar handwashing sink for hand drying.

    Observation: Ice scoop was improperly stored laying on top of ice bin.
    Correction: Store ice scoop in the ice with handle extended or on a clean surface.
  • NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEANING FREQUENCY
    Observation: The white single door freezer in the kitchen and the back room Hotpoint freezer need to be defrosted.
    Correction: Clean all equipment on a routine basis to prevent accumulation of soil residues.
