Observation: Thermometers in both of the True refrigerators measuring ambient air are not accurate to ± 3°F.
Correction: Calibrate or replace thermometer.

Observation: Mildew was noted on the deflector of the ice machine.
Correction: Maintain food contact surfaces in a clean condition. Empty, clean, and sanitize the entire interior of the ice machine.

Observation: No single-use toweling or other hand drying device available at the bar handwashing sink for hand drying.
Correction: Provide single-use toweling or other approved devices at handwashing sink to facilitate proper handwashing.

Observation: A bag of onions is stored on the floor in the dry storage room.
Correction: Store all food items 6 inches above the floor.
- EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS - NONFOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CONSTRUCTED
Observation: Particle board shelves in the dry storage area are not smooth, corrosion resistant, and nonabsorbent.
Correction: Provide non-food contact surfaces that are constructed of a corrosion resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth materials.
