- LIGHT BULBS - PROTECTIVE SHIELDING
Observation: Fluorescent light located in over the food preparation sink is not shatter resistant.
Correction: Provide shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter resistant light bulbs. Alternatively, the bulb may be removed since there is adequate lighting provided by the other lights in the kitchen. Correct By: 28-Mar-2015
