Critical: SEWAGE - BACKFLOW PREVENTION Observation: Air breaks exist between the sewage system and a drains from the server's area ice bin (integrated into the Coke dispenser) and the food preparation sink in the kitchen.
Correction: Design the sewage system in a manner that would preclude a direct connection between the sewage system and the drain from which food is placed. Provide full air gaps. The lowest point on the drain pipes from the equipment must be vertically higher than the highest point on the receptor below it. Correct By: 13-Mar-2015
CONSUMER ADVISORY Observation: The consumer advisory on menu has an asterisk next to the cheeseburger slider on the kid's menu and is missing one from the advisory at the bottom.
Correction: Remove asterisk from the kid's menu cheeseburger since highly susceptible populations may not be served undercooked animal food. Add asterisk to consumer advisory to link the regular menu hamburger to the advisory. Correct By: 10-Apr-2015
