Observation: There are gaps in the lower right and lower left corners of the rear exterior door which could allow the entrance of insects or rodents.

Correction: Reorganize storage so that ready-to-eat foods are stored above raw animal food and raw vegetables. Discard ready-to-eat foods that show evidence of contamination. Correct By: 21-Feb-2014

Observation: Cottage cheese in True T-23F cooler in kitchen opened 2/14 (open 8 days) is not date marked.
Correction: Cottage cheese discarded during inspection. Adjust method or procedures so that all ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods (time/temperature control for safety food), if required, are provided with date marking or an effective method of identifying when a food item has exceeded 7-days.
