Violation descriptions and comments

Facility has changed owners. PIC Sam available at time of inspection. Currently this facility will be licensed as a level 3. They will only be serving prepackaged foods at this time. If they wish to begin serving TTCS foods a reinspection will be necessary to ensure facility is capable of adequate hot and cold holding and cooking. At the time of this inspection facility needs to: repair lights in dry storage area, install veggie prep sink (air gapped), obtain brackets for hanging mops, replace missing ceiling tiles in dry storage, air gap ice bins, seal open space between tables and counters in ware wash room, and supply handsinks with soap and paper towels. Hair restraints and thermometers must be available as well. Follow up in two weeks.

PIC Sam available for inspection. Hand sinks were supplied with soap and paper towels. Hair restraints, test strips, and sanitizer available. Lights and ceiling tiles have been repaired in dry storage area. Brackets for hanging mops have been placed in mop area. Other kitchen issues such as space in ware wash room and veggie prep sink have not been addressed yet because no cooking is occurring at this time. The only food available is prepackaged chips, peanuts , and popcorn. When PIC is ready to upgrade to level 3 capacity he will call us to determine if the kitchen meets code. Green sign issued. Ok to operate at time of inspection.
