Old Fashion Butcher Shop and Old Fashion Grocery Store....two different old signs I've seen. Shouldn't it be old fashioned?

I've seen this sign on an escort car following a huge truck with large load many times that says: Oversize Load ahead. Shouldn't it be oversized load?

The title of a thread in Psychology Forum:

Who is the most strongwilled?
Men or woman?

Using the superative, when calling for the comparative form.

If it becomes any more pervasive, it just might replace my current pet peeve, "alot".

I've seen ALLOT used recently. It was spelled wrong and capitalized at least twice in the same post.

Rediculous just makes me say aloud, "Reeeeeediculous!" I can't help it, I have to say it every time.

I think that the misspelling comes along with hearing more and more people pronounce the first syllable with a long "e" sound instead of a short "i".
