"Well..." when it leads off a sentence because the speaker has no idea what he or she is about to say. It's awful when the brain has to play catch-up with the mouth!
They're gonna come across many "awkward" situations in the next 10 plus years. I hear it said so many times in a week it seems so over-used now.
It was cute hearing it for awhile though.
Maybe it's not always so much the word or phrases but how many times it's played out that becomes so annoying?
