I couldn't take it any more. I became worried that reading this topic might be damaging my brains, or at least corrupting my grammar skills. I'm spending more time writing my novel, less time reading forums. In case anybody wondered what happened to Lovehound, there you go. And another reason for my waning interest, the countless examples of what poorly educated people post was really getting me down. I don't think it's funny any more; it's pathetic. It has almost the same aspect of making fun of cripples, except that we are poking fun at grammatical cripples. I sometimes wonder, is there an aspect that "I'm glad I'm not that stupid?" Is that why we post these illiterate faux pas?
And Hefner was explouted by those dummies, er...bunnies, too.
