I guess it would depend on local regulations.

For example, it looks like GA will only allow dispensing prepackaged foods if no hand washing capability is available.

My town is currently reviewing rules for food trucks. One issue has been the availability of toilets, so one proposed site has been deemed unsuitable.

Do all food workers always wash their hands as they should? No, whether they work in a restaurant or a food truck.

An online posting advertising a warehouse that has been converted into apartments includes this gem:

"An eclectic melting of the old with today's lifestyle."

I wonder if the building management will reimburse tenants for damage caused by that melting.

However, on a positive note, the ad also informs us that "gas, water, and garbage are free".

...because normally, one has to pay a fee in order to receive garbage, I suppose.

Of course, there will always be some food service workers who don't wash their hands, but I would be a whole lot more confident about sanitary standards at an establishment that at least has hand-washing facilities.

From a comment on the Facebook page of the photographer who snapped two kids climbing all over the nurses' memorial statue at the Vietnam Memorial in Washington, D.C., while their parents stood by laughing and ignoring the pleas of others to redirect their children, a picture which has led to considerable discussion, criticism, and controversy:

"These are children who as a world we are bullying! This picture has went virl has anyone thought about one of these children seeing such nasty thing said about there mother and there selves."

I have no words.

I am very confident that if you perused that person's other comments, you would find some posts where he held himself out as an expert on the topic of education. In my experience, those who pontificate on the topic of education frequently show little evidence of actually having received an education.

If you get a chance to look at his other posts, it would be interesting to see what you found.
