Use every possible spelling and one may be right!

Ah ha!
I should have just stayed with my instinct that it was wrong.

I just saw a TV commercial for Charmin Ultra-SHtrong toilet paper.

I honestly think that the number of people who pronounce an "S" sound as if it was "SH" is growing, as I am hearing this more and more often.

I have occasionally heard that one, too, and I have observed that this seems to be a...racially-connected...mispronunciation. Is your friend a member of...a racial minority?

After hearing people say, "srimp", I have tried to say it that way and I actually find it very difficult to do!

So, Nikita Khrushchev wasn't being...original...when he uttered his famous Cold War challenge to the US, namely, "We will bury you"! Apparently, some years earlier, the US had a program to designed to bury the Axis powers...under sediment.

Oh, okay! NOW I get it! The "stopping distance calculator" calculates the "thinking distance", hence the reason for that poster to take almost 3 football fields to stop.

I think that it was very considerate of the tattoo "artist" to highlight one of his more significant mistakes.

More than likely, the recipient of this "art" will never realize the he/she is displaying a spelling mistake on his/her skin.
