Well, it's really not a new concept.
During the Middle Ages (IIRC), the RC Church sold "indulgences" for certain types of sins.
That was just one of the reasons why Martin Luther posted his 95 Theses.
I think we would all get 15/15. That was pretty easy. However, I can understand how these kids who aren't learning apostrophes in school would get confused. They probably would have missed the question about less and fewer too. That one grates upon my nerves. "There are less oranges in this box than in that box." Ouch.
In a local blog, somebody who was criticizing another person's grammar and spelling referred to that other person as "rift raft".
Cool. A new term for something to get you away from those troublesome rifts!
