"Coke bottle glasses" - decades ago before lens implants replaced the natural lens that was removed because of cataracts, people wore very thick glasses post surgery so they could see again. These lenses were very thick and resembled the bottom of a coke bottle.

Not only is the term "coke bottle glasses" unknown to countless millions, so is Coke in a glass bottle.
